We present the case of an arm fasciotomy performed via a lateral approach in a 45-year-old male with upper arm compartment syndrome. A lateral approach was used due to anteromedial arm blistering and cellulitis. The surgical technique of arm fasciotomy via a lateral approach is presented. Additionally, indications for and outcomes of arm fasciotomy for compartment syndrome are discussed.
