This video presents the case of a 66-year-old woman who sustained a displaced capitellar fracture during a bicycling accident. The surgical technique utilized includes an extensile lateral exposure and articular fixation with buried cannulated variable-pitch headless compression screws. The technique for closed reduction of the fracture fragment is also demonstrated.
