Fixation of a Proximal Humerus Fracture Using a Polyaxial Locking Plate and Endosteal Fibular Strut

This is a case presentation and description of a surgical technique for open reduction and internal fixation of an intra-articular, four-part proximal humerus fracture using a locking plate construct. A fibular strut augment was used to obtain indirect reduction of the medial aspect of the proximal humerus.
