Tibial spine, or eminence, avulsion fractures are relatively rare injuries and occur most commonly in ages 8-14. In this video, we will review the classification of tibial spine avulsion fractures, indications for operative or non-operative treatment, a case presentation and review of surgical technique for arthroscopic reduction and internal fixation. We will finish with a review of post-surgical rehabilitation protocol and outcomes in the literature.
