Jack Lee, Seth Yarboro

This video demonstrates surgical fixation of a periprosthetic distal femur fracture in a 68 year old female with a history of total knee arthroplasty. Fixation is achieved with lateral distal femur locking plate, and a lateral approach to the femur is used. Proximal cortical screws are placed using a percutaneous technique. The patient went on to complete radiographic union by the 6 month clinic visit.
