Exposures Upper/Humerus Distal with Olecranon Osteotomy

This video discusses the distal humerus approach for the management of distal humerus fracture. After the incision, the site of the osteotomy is retracted retracting using a fine oscillating saw and chisel to divide the bone. The cut bone is moved out of the way during fracture repair. Triceps muscle is dissected from the underlying bone to visualize the fracture repair site.
