Exposures Upper/Distal Radius - Volar: Deep Dissection

This video describes the volar approach to distal radius. Incision is placed through the posterior aspect of the flexor carpi radialis sheath and extended distally to radius which is thick at the carpel tunnel and reached volar aspect of the radius. Prodrator quadratus muscle is identified and sub periosteal dissection is performed to expose the distal radius.
